Data Management: HRP provides comprehensive data management functions for the storing, calculating, reading and tracking of employee information. To improve operating efficiency, the system is easy to use, reduces user errors and eliminates the duplication of work. Data Management functions include:

  • Comprehensive employee information management, including employee personnel information, payroll data, attendance, leave status, training, position, benefits and any other user definable information.

  • Allocation program distributes payroll costs to Cost Centers for General ledger integration.
  • Generates a variety of reports based on employee current or historical data including monthly payroll reconciliation, monthly data changes, headcount analysis and a lot more. A flexible reporting tool is provided for any additional reporting requirements.

  • Generates high quality Organization Charts based on Adminstrative and Functional structures. Supports complex one to many reporting relationships.

  • Leave Manager tracks each leave category for different employee classes.

Process Management: HRP provides extensive management functions to streamline and automate the entire human resources management (HRM) process. Process Management functions include:

  • Position Manager- Defines and tracks extensive position related information which is the foundation for various HRM functions including recruitment, performance review, training, and succession planning.

  • Recruitment Manager - Supports cross-department, multi-position and multi-channel recruitment plans. Tracks potential candidates for current and future workforce needs.

  • Training Manager - Tracks the entire training process including courses offered, instructors, attendees, results and evaluation.

  • Compensation and Benefits Manager - Manages the monthly payroll process, stock option information, medical claims and various benefit funds.

  • Performance Manager - Maintains, tracks and reports on Performance Evaluation plans based on general and individual key performance indicators (KPI).

  • Company Assets Manager - Tracks company assets by department and individual.

  • Award & Discipline Manager: Records employee's Award & Discipline information with direct links to Payroll.

  • Employee Succession Planning - Matches qualified candidates for key positions and generates career development plans.

  • Training Needs Analysis - Real-time analysis of training needs to establish training programs based on performance review results, position requirements, career development plans and training courses applied for by employees through the ESS Employee Self Service module.

  • Budget Manager - Maintains the budgets for payroll, head-count, training and recruitment costs and generates real time budget-actual cost comparison reports.

  • OLAP online analytical processing for the multi dimensional and consolidated analysis of key information for strategic management reporting.

  • Comprehensive exception and statistical reporting for informed decising making.

  • Capability to easily analyze and adjust the organization structure for different scenarios.
