Payroll Management

Pay+ processes salary, allowances, benefits and individual income tax for different categories of employees.

Key functions include:

  • Calculates payroll for monthly, hourly, piece-worker, part-time, laid-off and retired employee categories
  • Calculates Pension Fund, Housing Fund, Unemployment Fund, Housing Accumulated Fund and any other user definable deductions required in China
  • Automatically updates last year average salary
  • Automatically calculates employee's age, social work age, company service years and retirement age.
  • An Audit trail is provided prior to payroll calculation for control on accuracy of data
  • Capabilities to define various allowance classes including monthly entered allowances, fixed amounts and any user definable allowance calculations
  • Capability to define deduction methods for each payroll leave category for different employee classes.
  • Piece-worker wages based on quantity outputs
  • Automatic attendance related adjustments of salary, bonus and allowances
  • Capabilities to calculate overtime and shift allowances

Management Information Reports
