Requirements:

  1. Directly interact with customers and prospects to position the value of CDC SOFTWARE's Solutions and Services as supported by ROI, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data.
  2. Assemble, prepare, and manage the Virtual Account Team consisting of Solution Engineers, Customer Engagement Managers, Strategic Partners and other relevant roles so that CDC SOFTWARE's solutions are well positioned in the account.
  3. Prospect new companies as potential customers of CDC SOFTWARE's solutions utilizing the CDC SOFTWARE's Telemarketing group and submission of RFP’s and RFI’s as appropriate.
  4. Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries CDC SOFTWARE serves as well as the products and services CDC SOFTWARE provides.

Position: Product Manager - Human Resources / Payroll Solution

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, modify and evaluate a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release.
  2. Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to completion and distribution.
  3. Direct all phases of composite application(s) from product definition through production and release.
  4. Identify and drive product gaps and new opportunities based on cost/benefit analysis and thorough business case justification.
  5. Meet and negotiate design with established customer base and new accounts for requirements gathering, validation and strategic product direction.
  6. Provide and negotiate product requirements documents to development teams and UI design teams for implementation.
  7. Drive vision and positioning of new application(s).
  8. Plan and manage Go-To-Market strategy.
  9. Speaker for the product by representing the composite application(s) to the market such as analysts, tradeshows and other events.
  10. Plan the sales support and ensure their success going forward.
  11. Function as the central resource within teams such as sales, marketing, design, development, and quality management as well as international prospects and clients as the application(s) move to completion and distribution.

Requirements:

  1. Master's in Business Administration or related, plus 7-10 years experience in the job offered, Product Management, or related. Special skills: Industry and HR trends; Competitive landscape; Greater China market.
  2. Fluent Putonghua and English mandatory.
