Comparing with previous version, the new version of the Platinum HRM ESS8.0.5 system updates several system functions and adds an e-performance module, covering core functions includes: My Performance, Manager Appraisal, Authorization of My Performance and Performance Evaluation Workflow Design. The new e-performance features of Platinum HRM ESS8.0.5 system help customer deploy 360 performance appraisal and result self input into the same database through ESS and workflow, which facilitates the review of HR department to save time and cost. Besides that, the workflow engine has been improved to match customer requirement. Several customer requests and defects fix were also included.
At the same time, a maintenance service pack of HRM Workshop V8.0.5 is also released including various fixes for reported issues plus 70 new enhancements in several areas, which are all based on the in-depth analysis on the potential demand of customers to provide friendlier user interface and stronger system function, including improving performance when exporting data with headcount over 5000 in employee payroll history, providing batch processing in data confirming and posting operations in Payroll System, providing trainee list, universal query and search functions in Training Module, adding talent search function in Talent Pool Management as well as allowing duplicate identity numbers and bank accounts, etc.
