Platinum Launches New Version of its Performance Appraisal Management Module for Platinum HRM 8.0.5

SHANGHAI, July 1, 2010——CDC Software announces the general availability of Platinum HRM8.0.5. Comparing with previous version, the new version adds a comprehensive Performance Appraisal Management Module. The core functions includes: Appraisal Setting, Indicator Pool Management, Appraisal Group Management, Appraisal Plan Management, Appraisal Result Record and Appraisal History.

Platinum HRM 8.0.5 utilizes a series of popular performance management tools such as KPI, BSC, MBO and 360-degree feedback to help customers maintain their daily performance work. The Performance Appraisal Management Module in Platinum HRM 8.0.5 can manage performance indicators, set up various appraisal indicators, calculate appraisal results and conduct history research. It can also set different appraisal models to match corresponding training requirement so as to trace the appraisal results.

Based on the in-dept analysis on the potential demand of customers, 52 features have been improved on the basis of the previous version. According to the demands of HK government and banking industry, specific improvements have also been made to better serve HK customers.
