Effective Performance Appraisal Management to Enhance Strategic Decision-making

SHANGHAI, August 19, 2010——CDC Software, The Customer-Driven Company, today hold the Human Capital Management Seminar in Jinling Hotel Wuxi, focusing on “How to Conduct Comprehensive Performance Appraisal Based on e-HR System”. Total 48 HR managers and operators from 26 well-known local businesses attended the meeting. The seminar aimed to help enterprises solve the difficult issues in the performance appraisal management and effectively improve the appraisal practices. 

Edmund Lau, Vice President of CDC Software in Greater China, and Owen Shi, HRM Product Manager of CDC Software, together showed up at the meeting on the topic of “performance appraisal management” to share. The proceeding began with a welcome address and an introduction of CDC Software by Edmund Lau. Owen Shi presented the issues concerning difficulties, hot spots and bottlenecks in performance appraisal management and performed a live product demonstration combined with SAP Crystal Report and workflow-related contents, which elicited the divergent thinking of the participants. The two specialists also interacted and discussed warmly with the participants on practical problems in informationalized human resource management. In the question time, Edmund Lau carried out a profound analysis and sharing focusing on any matter raised in the meeting, benefiting a great deal to the participants.
