Praxair China has started to use HR system since 2009 in order to standardize and manage daily operation and HR process such as personnel management, performance management, recruit management, payroll management and so on in China. On the other hand, most of the management report can’t be made by system automatically and HR information can’t be extracted from system in time which conflicts with the purpose of launching eHR system. After evaluating several human resource management solution vendors, Praxair China finally decided to roll out CDC Software’s Platinum HRM8.0 to manage the basic employee information and conduct accurate payroll calculation. The first implement phase will be focused on Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Self-service modules covering their 2000 employees.
