Dior Shows Special Preference to PLATINUM HRM

Christian Dior, entered into China’s market in 1996, belongs to LVMH, the leading global luxury industrial group. It mainly engages in production and sales of perfumes, cosmetics, skin care, hair care products and related chemical raw materials, parts and packaging materials, etc.

With the rapid growth of business, Christian Dior needed a set of perfect personnel system to help realize the unified management of human resource, huge information maintenance, salary calculation, and then generate various reports. Christian Dior selected Platinum HRM solutions on September 14, 2010 to optimize the core business processes and enhance the working efficiency of the HR department via master data management and payroll system.

In the last seven years, Platinum were being upgraded to support Christian Dior in transferring all staff’s overtime/leave application data of the office worker and production operators to ESS system and upgrading system to the latest version. This April, Christian Dior cooperated again with Platinum to extends its application to the use of Platinum Mobile. The move further enhances the flexibility of enterprise human resources management and humanization.
