Reckitt Benckiser Bringed a Better Cleaning Experience to Chinese Family

Reckitt Benckiser (LSE: RB), founded in 1814, is one of the world's largest household cleaning companies and one of the Forbes global 500. It headquartered in London, UK, with products sold in 180 countries.

Reckitt benckiser has been developing in China with the goal of producing and promoting high quality household cleaning and personal hygiene care products and promoting the development of health care in China. After decades of development, it has set up factories and companies in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei, Qingdao and Shanxi. Major brands include Mead Johnson, Durex, Drip Dew, Wetting and so on.

PLATINUM will deploy core function modules such as ATS, ESS and Mobile for Reckitt Benckiser, and interface with the SAP system to cover nearly 2,000 employees at the "Qingdao Durex" and "Jingzhou Drop Dew" plants. This move will help Reckitt Benckiser reduce the management hierarchy and increase the management scope, so that everyone has more opportunities and authority to directly face the problem and solve the problem, thus making the organization structure more compact and the management more flat.

Previously, Reckitt Benckiser group's compensation program has been successfully launched in another company of Reckitt Benckiser's "Mead Johnson", through which the compensation management of all subsidiaries of the group has been coordinated and achieved good results.
