With the continuous improvement of the intelligence level of human resource management, the original HR software can no longer meet the development trend and process requirements of the group enterprise's increasing expansion. In order to improve organizational efficiency, the company decided to deploy PLATINUM, a one-stop human resource management solution, to enable the business in China with new technologies and new tools, helping the company reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Based on the detailed requirements of both parties, PLATINUM will set up an employee information database, unify the information of all employees into a system, enable employees to automatically store and update statistics from the beginning of their entry, and rely on the system to conduct such business processes as shift scheduling, attendance checking and salary calculation for all employees, facilitating the online closed-loop and integrated human resource management of the whole life cycle of employees. At the same time, enterprises will use PLATINUM's powerful "one-click tax declaration" function to direct the tax declaration system, intelligent calculation of salary and personal income tax, eliminating the tedious process of manual filling, efficiency increased by 90%. Through intelligent response to income tax policy adjustment, help enterprises fully control tax risks. In addition, employee self-help and budget management modules are also incorporated into the later project plan.
