1. Maintain massive basic information of all employees according to different types of employees, such as contract type, salary calculation type, employment type, working hour/level, and related personnel files, labor contracts, entry and exit management, etc.

2. Sort out the overall framework of the organizational structure, customize the business type and job type of the organization, and clearly show the functional division of each store.

3. Improve the scheduling, shift, overtime, leave and other attendance project management of each store according to the working hours and attendance system.

4. Accurate salary calculation and support historical salary self-service query according to different salary system and salary attendance period definition,

5. Remind employees of various expiration matters, including the expiration of the probation period, the expiration of the contract, physical examination, the expiration of maternity leave, the expiration of the medical period, and the internal push reminder.
